Return of Goods and Refunds A binding contract is formed only when you receive confirmation from us that your order has been accepted. This will be confirmed by e-mail usually within 24 hours of receipt of your order (if placed during normal working hours Mon – Fri 9am – 4pm). You may cancel your order only up to this point. Any faulty Goods must be brought to our attention immediately upon discovery and in any event a valid claim based on any defect in quality or condition must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery of the goods. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and only the English courts will decide any disputes.
